- Maintain smooth and professional communication with international clients
- Convert leads into projects and long-term business relationships
- Identify and bring new outsourcing and BPO projects to the company





Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills
- Robust business development and client-handling skills
- Confident in communicating with international clients
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets
- Experience in the BPO or outsourcing industry will be an advantage
