Job Description Automation Lead

Position: Automation Developer (RPA & Intelligent Automation)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Developer to design, develop, implement, and support end-to-end automation solutions across business processes. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in RPA technologies, Python development, data analytics, and process optimization, enabling organizations to improve operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and develop scalable automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.
- Develop Python-based automation scripts using Selenium, Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries.
- Create and maintain Excel VBA macros for data processing, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
- Integrate automation solutions with databases, web applications, APIs, SharePoint, Outlook, and enterprise systems.
- Prepare technical design documents, solution architecture documents, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures, application changes, and automation exceptions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs,



and project teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Implement best practices related to security, coding standards, governance, and automation lifecycle management.

- Experience in Intelligent Automation, OCR, Document Processing, or AI-powered automation solutions.
- Exposure to Azure, SharePoint, Dataverse, and cloud technologies.

Experience

5-10+ years of experience in Automation Development, RPA, Business Process Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
