We are looking for a skilled Import-Export Documentation Expert with 3 to 4 years of experience in export-import documentation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling various aspects of import-export operations, including bill of lading and shipping documentation. This position is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare and review export-import documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and other related documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing international trade.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of imports and exports.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documents.




- Provide support and guidance to junior team members on documentation procedures.
- Stay updated with changes in documentation requirements and implement updates accordingly.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import documentation.
- Strong knowledge of export-import regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other documentation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
