- Maintain detailed records of work done through joint measurements (JMR) with client representatives. Perform monthly material reconciliation (steel, cement, segments) to prevent excess consumption and wastage.
- Maintain detailed records related to contract terms, sub-contractor work orders, and project correspondence.
- Validate and certify bills for subcontractors and vendors involved in specialized tunneling activities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR/MPR) highlighting excavation progress, segment lining, and financial performance.
