Responsibilities

- Responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts, ensuring technical, financial, and legal compliance in a high-risk, high-capital setting
- Managing complex subcontracts (e.g., TBM supply, segment manufacturing) and mitigating significant risks.
- Lead the full lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, executing, and closing, ensuring compliance with legal standards and project procedures.
- Oversee project budgets, invoicing, and payments; manage variations, change orders, and claims arising from unexpected geological conditions or TBM performance issues
- Manage relationships with key third parties, including TBM manufacturers, segment suppliers, and specialized subcontractors.
- Identify, analyse, and mitigate contractual risks,



particularly regarding technical performance, geotechnical risks, and safety standards
- Serve as the primary contact for contractual matters between the client, site management, and technical teams, facilitating dispute resolution.
- Ensure project work adheres to specifications, timelines, and KPI requirements.
