Job Summary

Elara Education is looking for a Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
- Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and payment records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments.
- Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation activities.
- Support the senior accounts team in audits and other finance-related requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.





Candidate Profile

- Graduate in B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting/finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be organized, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
- Female candidates preferred.
