Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required.
- Graduates: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates must be comfortable handling both chat and voice interactions.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.

Salary Structure

For Freshers (Graduates):

- In-hand Salary: 24,000 26,000 per month
- CTC: 2.9 3.1 LPA

For Experienced Candidates:

- In-hand Salary: 29,000 per month
- CTC: 3.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle international customer queries through chat and voice channels.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
