Working Days : 5 days (Saturday-Sunday Off)

Eligibility:

- B.Tech / Technical Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Must be proficient in Telugu or Kannada (Can Speak and understand)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition

Role & Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for technical positions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable talent
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams
