Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various IT domains while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate technical interviews with internal teams
- Maintain and update candidate databases using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Negotiate salary and close candidates within timelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and hiring best practices

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field




- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Experience working with ATS and HRMS tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc
- Knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
