Role Overview
We are hiring customer-focused professionals for a US-based healthcare and benefits program. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting members with healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, eligibility, and resolving customer queries.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound calls from US healthcare program members.
2. Assist customers with healthcare benefits, insurance coverage, and eligibility-related queries.
3. Provide accurate information and effective resolutions.
4. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
6. Follow healthcare compliance, data privacy, and quality standards.
7.
Maintain customer satisfaction and performance targets.
8. Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Mandatory Versant C1/C2 certification or equivalent demonstrated proficiency.
- 13 years of international voice process experience preferred.
- US Healthcare, Health Insurance, or Insurance domain experience preferred.
- Candidates from other BPO/international voice processes can also apply.
- Strong listening, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Jaipur.
