Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a good understanding of the US staffing market

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT candidates for US-based requirements.
- Work on job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, and communication.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.




- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills

- 1 - 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Good understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and recruitment processes.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as job portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Candidates with experience in US staffing, RPO, or recruitment consultancy will be preferred.
