We are seeking an experienced UK IT Recruiter preferably a robust background in blue-collar hiring and experience working with manufacturing clients. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the placement of skilled and reliable candidates in roles within the manufacturing and industrial sectors. You will play a critical role in understanding client needs, sourcing top talent, and contributing to the success of their operations.

Key Qualifications:

1. Excellent English Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Proficiency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in verbal interactions.
- Strong ability to draft professional emails, reports, and documents, as well as engage in meetings and presentations.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and technical concepts in an understandable manner to a range of audiences.

- Excellent Working Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter to Source Candidates for Technical and Business Roles

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool for identifying and engaging top talent in various industries, particularly in technical and business sectors.




- Ability to craft targeted searches, use Boolean search techniques, and manage candidate pipelines and projects within LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.
- Experience with outreach strategies and engagement with potential candidates via LinkedIn.

- Good Understanding of IT Landscape and Upcoming Technology Trends

- Strong knowledge of current IT trends, including emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and software development methodologies.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest tech advancements and how they impact businesses and industries.
- Understanding of technical roles in the IT sector, such as software engineers, data scientists, and system architects, and familiarity with the skill sets required for these positions.

- Good understanding of working with ATS(Any ATS experience will work as long as they understand the platform basics and workflow)
- Education Qualification: Ideal to have someone with a bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/Science streams.
- Nice to have: If we can find someone with Italian language proficiency, that would be icing on the cake
