- Proven experience as a Project Manager managing multiple projects
- Direct experience of working in a structured project workplace
- Delivery of projects in an IT business environment
- Demonstrable business and financial understanding
- Effective communication (verbal, written, listening) presentation and management reporting skills
- Personal drive, highly self-motivated and self-organised
- Excellent team player and ability to work in an international team
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrable ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in business transformation
- Knowledge of IT stack build and OSS structure
- APM (Association for Project Management), PRINCE2, Agile or other industry recognised project management qualification
- Worked in a virtual team across various time zones and geographies
- Worked in a Telco, IT or Technology transformation organisations
- Up to speed on latest industry and market developments & technology
