Project: ADP Payroll Celergo Implementation

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform end-to-end testing of Workday integrations with ADP Payroll (Celergo).
- Validate payroll data accuracy across different employee scenarios.
- Test retroactive/past-dated transactions and future-dated transactions, including hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Perform regression testing following configuration or integration updates.
- Identify, document, and track defects and coordinate with HRIS, Payroll, and Integration teams.
- Ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
- Experience in payroll testing and integration validation.
- Knowledge of ADP Payroll; ADP Celergo experience is highly preferred.
- Understanding of retroactive and future-dated transactions in Workday.
- Experience in end-to-end testing, regression testing, and defect management.
- Robust analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in large-scale payroll implementations.
- Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, and integration concepts.
- Exposure to global payroll processes.
