- 4 to 10 years of Workforce Management experience with robust UKG Pro WFM expertise.
- Hands-on experience in multiple UKG Pro WFM implementations and support engagements.
- Deep knowledge of Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attendance, Accruals, Pay Rules, and Workforce Processes.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading workshops, solution design, testing, and production support activities.
- UKG Pro WFM certification

Important Note:

- In-depth knowledge of module beyond Timekeeping is essential
- Experience in customer interaction, requirement gathering and end-to-end execution is mandatoryRole & responsibilities
