Workday Finance Operate Support Consultant with 6-9 years of experience supporting Workday Finance in production environments.

Provide day-to-day functional support across FDM, General Ledger, and Projects, including post-go-live support.

Validate migrated accounting structures, worktags, ledgers, journals, accounting, allocations, project costing, and project billing data.

Monitor and troubleshoot transactions, business processes, configuration issues, and access-related concerns.

Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with functional and technical teams. Troubleshoot and test integrations and EIBs, including data mapping, error handling, reprocessing, and downstream interfaces.

Support month-end close,



Workday releases, enhancements, testing, deployments, and post-production validation.

Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to system stability, controls, documentation, and performance.

Communicate incidents, risks, impacts, status, and recommended actions to stakeholders.

Robust analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; Workday certification preferred
