Role Overview The Website Manager is responsible for the performance, health, and growth of the company website as a core marketing channel. The position combines technical ownership with marketing impact, covering site maintenance, optimization, page development, analytics, governance, agency partnerships, and digital investments while connecting web performance to leads, pipeline, and business growth. The role also provides assistance and strategic direction for search visibility across traditional search (SEO) and AI-driven discovery (AEO/GEO), ensuring the brand is found on Google and cited in AI-generated answers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Experience in overall website management and optimisation - hosting, domain, edit, and publish pages,



landing pages, and templates in the CMS using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with Agencies/Team.
- Run technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, canonicals, and internal linking.
- Implement structured data (JSON-LD) and entity-led content so the brand is cited in AI-generated answers.
- Assist in building the SEO, AEO, and GEO roadmap across technical, on-page, and content.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and AI visibility, and report on competitor benchmarks.
- Manage day-to-day site health: uptime, security, backups, plugins, and updates.
- Improve site speed and Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
- Run CRO programs including A/B tests, UX fixes, and form and CTA optimization.
- Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Search Console, and heatmap tools with accurate event and conversion tracking
- Build dashboards and deliver regular reports that link web performance to leads and pipeline.
- Manage external web, SEO, analytics, and digital agency partners to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business and website performance goals.
- Manage website budgets, agency retainers, software subscriptions, and project investments to maximize efficiency and business impact.
- Establish and maintain website governance, including content standards, accessibility requirements, SEO best practices, and publishing workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

- 8-10 years in Website Management, SEO experience is good to have.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise with a WordPress.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, schema markup, and page speed tools.
- Proficiency in GA4 and GTM, with the ability to present data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical website analytics/SEO skills with Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Search Console.

Preferred Qualifications

- B2B, SaaS, or professional services experience.
- Familiarity with data analysis.
- Experience with website migrations, multilingual SEO, or headless CMS setups.
