Educational Qualification:

BCA / MCA / B.E. / B.Tech (IT / Computer Science) / B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent qualification.

Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in website designing and development.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Web Designer to design, develop, maintain and enhance our company's website and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in contemporary web design, responsive layouts, UI/UX and website performance, with the ability to create an impressive online presence for our Real Estate & Construction business.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain visually appealing, responsive and user-friendly websites.
- Create attractive website layouts, landing pages and project showcase pages.
- Develop and update website content, images, banners and project portfolios.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility and optimal website performance.
- Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and relevant web development technologies.
- Implement SEO-friendly website structures and improve website loading speed.
- Manage website hosting, domain, updates, backups and basic troubleshooting.
- Integrate enquiry forms, lead-generation features and digital marketing tools.




- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Graphic Design teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Continuously improve website functionality, user experience and online visibility.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive web design.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and website prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics/Search Console.
- Understanding of website hosting, domain management and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Figma or similar design tools.
- Ability to independently handle website projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong creativity, problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience Requirements

- Experience in designing and maintaining business websites.
- Experience in Construction / Real Estate / Property development / Infrastructure / Building Materials / Precast /Any other relevant industries.
- Candidates must share their portfolio or links to websites previously designed/developed.
