Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations & Audit Coordinator to oversee and coordinate day-to-day warehouse activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth warehouse operations, maintaining proper workflow, coordinating with warehouse staff, and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities. The candidate should also have experience in preparing audit reports, presenting documentation to auditors, and coordinating throughout the audit process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
2. Monitor daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory handling, packing, and dispatch.
3. Ensure proper workflow management and timely completion of warehouse operations.
4. Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues and avoid delays.
5. Maintain warehouse records, operational documents, and audit-related files.
6. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operational reports.
7. Prepare audit reports, stock statements, and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
8. Present required reports and documents to auditors during the audit process.

Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary information, records, and clarifications.
10. Monitor audit observations and coordinate with the concerned teams for corrective actions.
11. Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
12. Conduct regular checks to identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
13. Track pending warehouse activities and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
14. Maintain proper coordination between inventory, warehouse, dispatch, and management teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations will be preferred.
- 25 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and audit coordination.
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory handling, and stock documentation.
- Experience in preparing audit reports and coordinating with internal/external auditors.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet operational deadlines.
- Good documentation, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or distribution warehouse operations will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently coordinate warehouse activities and audit requirements.
- Strong understanding of warehouse documentation and audit procedures.
- Comfortable presenting reports and coordinating directly with auditors.
