- Receipt & Inspection: Receive raw materials and packaging components, verifying quantity and physical integrity against the Invoice and PO.
- Dispensing Assistance: Assist in the accurate weighing and dispensing of materials in a controlled setting for the production team.
- Storage Management: Ensure materials are stored in designated areas (e.g., Ambient, Cold Room, Quarantined) according to their specific storage conditions.
- Inventory Control: Maintain real-time stock accuracy using ERP/SAP systems and ensure physical stock matches the system records.
- Status Labeling: Ensure all containers are correctly labeled with Quarantine, Sampled, Approved, or Rejected status stickers.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to cGMP/cGDP (Good Distribution Practices), follow FIFO/FEFO principles, and operate material handling equipment safely.
