Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Department: Stores & Warehouse

Reports To: Head of Operations

Job Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch and to ensure uninterrupted order processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage warehouse and stores operations efficiently.

· Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issue of materials.

· Maintain accurate inventory through Tally/WMS.

· Conduct stock audits and inventory reconciliation.

· Manage dispatch of goods.

· Lead and supervise warehouse staff.

· Identify logistic channel partners for our goods dispatch to the customers

· Ensure compliance with safety, quality and warehouse standard





· Prepare warehouse reports and maintain documentation.

· Drive continuous process improvements and cost optimization.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

· 5–8 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing workplace.

· Proficiency in Tally/WMS and MS Office.
