Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit Electrical Engineers, Electrical Design Engineers, and Electrical Designers.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Use Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals to identify qualified candidates.
- Understand electrical engineering and design skills to screen relevant profiles.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
