About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR - Executive to support key HR operations and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of HR experience and will be responsible for payroll support, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and offboarding activities while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Support monthly payroll processing and resolve employee payroll queries.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and employee communication.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.




- Assist employees with HR-related queries and provide timely support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
- Support HR operations and various people-related initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, payroll, onboarding, or employee engagement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with professionalism.
