Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solar Design Engineer with expertise in solar PV projects ranging from 415 V to 33 kV, including system design, electrical drawings and technical support during project execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Design commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar PV systems.
- Prepare PVSYST simulations, electrical designs, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
- Design DC/AC systems, transformers, HT systems, substations, and grid connectivity.
- Support HV/EHV transmission and solar power evacuation design.
- Select and specify modules, inverters, transformers, cables, and other key equipment.
- Optimize plant designs for cost, performance, and energy generation.
- Coordinate with project, site, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Provide technical support during installation, commissioning,



and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

- B. Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in solar PV design.
- Solid hands-on experience with PVSYST and SLD preparation.
- Good knowledge of solar electrical systems, transmission, substations, and grid integration.
- Ability to work with project and site teams and deliver designs within timelines.
