Role & responsibilities
- Able to handle production issue.
- Independently analyze, solve, and fix issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- 3+ years of experience in Linux and working knowledge of shell scripting/power shell to work on automation initiatives.
- Application Maintenance & Support.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly provide solutions to issues encountered.
- Application / Product Monitoring (Basics)
- Basic Knowledge on common monitoring tool
- Basic knowledge of virtualization, storage, AD & Networking Concepts.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Should be comfortable with a Work from Office role, as Work From Home (WFH) is not available for this position.
- Should be ready to provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
