Primary role

- Identify and onboard potential NJ Wealth Partners and MFDs to drive LAS & CL business.
- Identify underperforming branches/partners of NJ Wealth and work with UMs, BMs, Express Managers, and AMs to improve business.
- Update and maintain MFDs database, including contact details and AUM.
- Engage MFDs through calls and virtual meetings to generate business and increase product adoption.
- Conduct online training on LAS & CL products, including Term Loan and Flexi Loan, and support partners / MFD through their loan transactions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with NJ Wealth MFDs and Non NJ MFDs to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Coordinate meetings with Team Leaders whenever required and ensure timely reporting and achievement of business targets.
