Role Description The Visa Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Visa

Executive is responsible for handling visa applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all requirements comply with the latest consular and embassy guidelines. Daily tasks include advising customers on visa procedures, preparing and reviewing application forms, coordinating with consulates or visa centers, tracking application status, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves regular interaction with clients to provide updates, resolve queries,



and support them through the visa process.

Executive also assists in managing timelines, addressing any application issues, and contributing to a smooth, customer-focused service experience.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of visa procedures, documentation requirements, and basic regulatory compliance for multiple destinations.
- Customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients, consulates, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using office software, data entry systems, and online application portals.
- Prior experience in visa processing, travel agency operations, or related travel and tourism services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate within a team, and adapt to changing consular requirements.
- Relevant educational background in travel and tourism, hospitality, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
