About us The Wingman Group is a real estate group building across India and Australia. We work with developers, NRI buyers and investors, and we choose the projects we put our name to carefully. Our in-house content team creates founder-led videos, office culture content and property stories for Instagram and LinkedIn.

The role

We’re looking for a videographer who knows their way around a camera and wants to shoot consistently, every week. You’ll work closely with our founder and social media team to capture content that feels real, not staged. All camera gear and equipment is provided.

What you’ll do

Shoot founder videos, Reels and short-form content for Instagram and LinkedIn

Capture office culture: team moments, Fun Fridays, skits and behind-the-scenes

Film property site visits, events and client meetings

Set up lighting and audio for talking-head shoots in the office

Plan shoots with the social media team and keep a weekly shoot schedule

Organise and back up footage,



and hand it to the editor in a transparent structure

What we’re looking for

1–2 years of hands-on videography experience

Confident with manual camera settings: exposure, focus, frame rates, white balance

Understanding of framing, composition and natural lighting

Experience recording clean audio with lapel and shotgun mics A portfolio or showreel of your work (Reels count)

Comfortable directing people who aren’t used to being on camera

Reliable, organised and able to work to a weekly content calendar

Nice to have

Experience with gimbals and vertical (9:16) shooting for Reels

Experience in real estate, lifestyle or brand content
