- Job Purpose To manage, coordinate, and follow up with external creative design agencies and vendors for all resort-related creative requirements. The employee will be responsible for monitoring creative work, maintaining brand consistency, coordinating revisions, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining records of all creative and marketing materials.
- Key Responsibilities

A. Vendor Coordination & Follow-up

- Coordinate with external graphic designers, creative agencies, and marketing vendors.
- Follow up regularly with vendors regarding pending creative designs and marketing requirements.
- Share creative briefs, content, images, and design requirements with vendors.
- Monitor vendor work progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate design corrections, modifications, and approvals.
- Maintain proper communication between management, marketing teams, and vendors.

B. Creative Design Management

- Manage creative requirements for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Review posters, banners, brochures, advertisements, promotional videos, and other designs received from vendors.
- Verify spelling, contact details, offers, pricing, branding, and promotional information before approval.
- Ensure all designs follow Sportico Resorts' brand guidelines.
- Coordinate creative requirements for festivals, events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.

C. Creative Maintenance & Documentation

- Maintain a proper digital folder for all approved creative designs and marketing materials.
- Maintain records of completed, pending, and revised creative assignments.
- Organize source files, images, videos, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Maintain updated versions of all marketing creatives.
- Ensure old or incorrect promotional materials are updated or discontinued.
- Maintain a vendor contact list, work status, and delivery records.

Marketing Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Reservation, Front Office, and Marketing teams to collect creative requirements.
- Understand promotional campaigns and communicate requirements to vendors.
- Follow up on website banners, social media updates, and promotional content.
- Prepare daily or weekly creative work status reports for management.

E. Camera Handling & Activity Coverage

- Operate a camera to photograph and film activities at Sportico Resorts, including adventure games, team-building sessions, pool activities, and special events.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to identify key moments to capture and share the photos and footage for use in social media and promotional materials.
- Required Skills
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design concepts and branding.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator.
- Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and digital marketing creatives.
- Good follow-up, documentation, and maintenance skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Experience & Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in creative coordination, marketing coordination, or vendor management preferred.
- Hospitality or resort industry experience will be an advantage.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely follow-up and completion of vendor assignments.
- On-time delivery of creative materials.
- Accuracy and quality of approved creatives.
- Proper maintenance of creative files and documentation.
- Effective vendor coordination and communication.
- Timely completion of marketing team requirements.
- Weekly reporting of pending and completed creative tasks.
- Important Note The primary responsibility of this position is Creative Management, Vendor Coordination, Follow-up, Quality Checking, and Maintenance. Actual creative designing and video editing may be handled by external vendors or agencies.
