Role Summary

We are hiring a Video Engineer with strong technical depth in video systems. The role covers design, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of professional AV setups, with a focus on displays, LED/LCD video walls, signal distribution, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute AV system layouts, including signal flow diagrams and equipment lists.
- Install, configure, and commission video walls, LED screens, projectors, and professional displays.
- Set up and manage video processors, scalers, matrix switchers, and multi-window controllers.
- Handle signal distribution over HDMI, SDI, DisplayPort, HDBaseT, and AV-over-IP.
- Calibrate displays for resolution, EDID, colour, brightness, and uniformity.
- Program and integrate control systems and room automation.
- Configure and support video conferencing, streaming, and live production setups.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults in office and remotely, with minimal downtime.
- Conduct site surveys, testing, and pre-deployment checks.
- Prepare technical documentation, as-built drawings, and handover manuals.




- Coordinate with sales, project, and client teams to meet technical requirements and timelines.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with video walls, LED displays, and multi-screen configurations.
- Strong understanding of video signal standards, resolutions, refresh rates, EDID, HDCP, and bandwidth.
- Working knowledge of video processors, matrix switchers, and AV-over-IP systems.
- Experience with control platforms such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with AV networking: IP addressing, VLANs, multicast, PoE.
- Ability to read and prepare AV schematics and CAD or Visio drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-isolation skills.

Preferred

- Experience with brands such as Barco, Christie, Absen, Unilumin, Samsung, LG, Extron, Crestron, Kramer, or Blackmagic.
- Experience with live events, broadcast, command-and-control rooms, or corporate AV projects.
- Certifications such as CTS, Crestron, Extron, or Dante.
- Basic audio knowledge (DSP, Dante).

Qualifications

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant AV experience.

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to travel and work at client sites, including extended hours during installations.
- Clear communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of project delivery.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
