We’re looking for a Video Editor Lead who understands pacing, trends, storytelling, memes, motion, and the sacred art of making people not skip a reel in the first 3 seconds.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Turning raw footage into clean, engaging, dopamine-friendly social media videos

- Lead a team of Video Editors

- Creating motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, and visual magic

- Working with the content and social media team to bring campaign/brief ideas to life

- Adding subtitles, sound effects, music, memes, and tiny details that make content hit harder

- Creating content that actually feels native to Instagram, YouTube Shorts

- Jumping on trends before they become cringe

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:





- Know your way around After Effects and Premiere Pro

- Have a solid understanding of motion, pacing, typography, and storytelling

- Are obsessed with social media content and constantly save cool edits “for inspiration”

- Can balance speed with quality

- Can take feedback without starting a villain arc
