02 About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team.

The candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content for digital platforms, including video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, photography, videography and on-ground content shoots.

The ideal candidate should combine creative thinking with strong practical and technical skills and be capable of independently executing creative assignments while maintaining brand consistency and meeting deadlines.

03 Key Responsibilities

1 Plan, coordinate and execute video shoots at company hubs and corporate locations.

2 Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and other digital content.

3 Design social media creatives, graphics, carousels, banners and marketing materials.

4 Create motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects.

5 Handle photography and videography during marketing activities and on-ground shoots.

6 Ensure all creative assets align with the company's branding guidelines and communication objectives.

7 Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand campaign requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.

8 Maintain organized records of raw footage, edited videos, design files and other creative assets.

9 Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques and emerging creative formats.

10 Review and improve creative output based on feedback, engagement metrics and campaign objectives.

04 Educational Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with a degree,



diploma or certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film Making, Visual Communication or a related field will be preferred.

05 Required Technical Skills

- Proficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent tools.
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation and visual effects.
- Knowledge of photography, videography, framing, lighting and audio recording.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media formats.
- Strong visual storytelling, creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn new creative tools.

06 Good-to-Have Skills

- Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve.
- Adobe After Effects and motion graphics expertise.
- Experience in social media content production or digital marketing.
- Experience with skilled cameras, lighting equipment and audio recording.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and editing tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating original creative work.

07 Experience

- 02 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with strong practical skills and a positive portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with internship, freelance, academic or personal project experience may also be considered.

09 Work Requirements

- The position is based in Pune, Maharashtra.
- The role may require travel to company hubs, including Pisoli,



Hinjewadi and corporate locations for video shoots and content production.
- Flexibility may be required depending on shoot schedules and campaign deadlines.
- The candidate must be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with the Marketing team.
