Role Description The Video Editor role at AURA Advertising Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamshedpur. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content for advertising campaigns across digital, outdoor, and other media platforms.

Responsibilities include selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and ensuring brand consistency and campaign objectives are met.

The Video

Editor will collaborate closely with the creative, design,



and digital marketing teams to refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality videos within project timelines. The role may also involve basic motion graphics work, color correction and grading, and preparing final deliverables in formats suitable for various platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, consistency, and overall quality of campaign videos.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, titles, and visual elements that support campaign messaging.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is beneficial.
- Solid attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and comfort working under deadlines in a collaborative team environment are expected.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, and prior experience in an advertising or creative agency setting are preferred.
