Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our International Vendor Management team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with international vendors, maintaining vendor records, assisting with onboarding and documentation, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth communication with global business partners.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work with international stakeholders across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with overseas vendors through emails, calls, and online meetings.
- Assist in vendor onboarding, registration, documentation, and database management.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, pricing details, and compliance documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Operations to resolve vendor-related issues.




- Prepare vendor reports, comparison sheets, trackers, and performance summaries using MS Excel.
- Ensure vendor documentation and processes comply with company policies and applicable international business requirements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with international suppliers and business partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is not mandatory.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn about international trade, procurement, and vendor relationship management.
- Ability to work with international teams across different time zones, when required.
