Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience: 3–5 Years Preferred

Salary: ₹45,000–₹60,000/month (CTC)

About the Role

TravelDham, an established travel company with 25+ years of experience, is hiring a creative and technically skilled Video Content Creator & Editor.

The candidate will primarily create travel-related videos for TravelDham and may also be assigned video projects for Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC) , our NGO working towards empowering visually impaired persons and people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot, edit and produce professional short-form and long-form videos.
- Use AI tools, licensed stock footage, animations, graphics and voiceovers to create engaging content.
- Create thumbnails, captions and branded visuals.
- Adapt and publish approved videos across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and other relevant platforms.
- Maintain video quality, publishing schedules and organised project files.
- Handle video assignments for both TravelDham and RSKC, as required.

Mandatory Daily Output Minimum 2 professionally edited videos per working day:

- 1 Long-Form Video: Approximately 5–10 minutes.
- 1 Short-Form Video:



Approximately 30–90 seconds.

Weekly Target: 12 videos (6 long-form + 6 short-form). Significant: These targets are combined across TravelDham and RSKC. Working on both organisations does not increase or double the daily video requirement.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar software.
- Good knowledge of AI video tools, Canva/Photoshop and social media publishing.
- Strong storytelling, editing, creativity and ability to meet daily deadlines.
- Proven experience producing short-form and long-form videos.

Work Environment
- All shoots will be conducted at our designated office recording setup.
- No travel or outdoor shoots are required.
- Video ideas, scripts, creative direction and travel expertise will be provided.
- The candidate will be responsible for shooting, editing and publishing approved content.
