Role & responsibilities
- Lead the tracking team to monitor all buses 24/7 via GPS software - Ensure route & schedule compliance and report deviations, delays, or over speeding - Handle alerts & emergencies like breakdowns, accidents, or geofence breaches - Coordinate with drivers, operations, and maintenance for quick resolution - Prepare daily reports on fleet movement, exceptions, and driver behavior - Train & supervise operators and manage shift rosters/attendance - Maintain data accuracy and report GPS/device issues to tech team
