– VCC Operator (Vapour Compression Chiller Operator)

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor Vapour Compression Chiller (VCC) systems to ensure uninterrupted cooling operations.

- Monitor chiller parameters such as temperature, pressure, refrigerant levels, and cooling water flow.

- Maintain chilled water supply as per production and process requirements.

- Monitor compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, cooling towers, and associated equipment.

- Perform routine inspection of chiller equipment and identify abnormalities.

- Maintain operating parameters, logbooks, and daily operational reports.

- Troubleshoot basic chiller system issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.

- Ensure proper refrigerant handling and prevent leakage.

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards, PPE requirements,



and housekeeping practices.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC).

Experience Required

- 5- 8 years of experience in chiller plant operations or industrial refrigeration systems.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Vapour Compression Refrigeration cycles.

- Understanding of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and expansion valves.

- Knowledge of chilled water systems and cooling towers.

- Ability to monitor operating parameters and troubleshoot basic issues.

- Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and equipment handling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
