Role Overview A junior, full-time product role shaping the experience of our live website and the app we are building from scratch. The journeys here are not standard e-commerce: membership onboarding, trial booking, the 48-hour try-on window, and the decision to buy, rent or return. You will research them, map them and improve them, with the Founder approving everything before it goes live.
What you'll do
- Start from what the Member Experience Associate is hearing from members, and add interviews, usability tests and observation where we need more
- Find patterns in behaviour, drop-offs and friction, and turn them into clear insights for product decisions
- Map journeys such as discovery, browsing, trial booking, membership onboarding, and the decision to buy, rent or return
- Find and fix usability issues on the live website, from navigation to key journeys
- Define flows and interaction logic for the app, from browsing and trial booking to account management
- Build wireframes and low to mid-fidelity prototypes, test them, and iterate
- Hand flows to the UI designer and work with the tech team on feasibility
- Document research, journeys and decisions so the product's reasoning outlives any one release
Who you are
- A degree in UX Design, HCI, Product Design or a related field
- Strong in Figma for wireframing and prototyping
- Grounded in user research methods, usability principles and information architecture
- Curious about why people do what they do, with a sharp eye for friction
- Analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable moving between improving a live product and designing a new one
- Able to own work from research through to handoff, working across design and tech
What you get
- Pay:
₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month, based on experience
- Term: full-time
- When: Monday to Saturday, 10am onwards
- Where: in person in Mumbai, 3-5 days a week
- Who you'll work with: the product lead and the Founder and CEO, who signs off product changes before they go live
- A hand in building an app from zero, and room to grow within product and design
- Figma Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud and the other tools you need, provided

About Style Supply: Style Supply is your private boutique, reimagined: an invite-only membership in Mumbai that enables intentional fashion decisions. Members try designer fashion within 24 hours, without the commitment of buying. They build a box of two to five pieces from India's most considered labels, keep it at home for 48 hours, and then return, rent or buy. We are an early-stage team building where fashion, luxury and technology meet.
