Experience: 1–8 Years

Salary: Up to 8 LPA

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR)

Shift: US Night Shift

Interview Mode: Walk-in

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- End-to-end US Payroll Processing.
- Knowledge of US Payroll Tax & Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP / Oracle Payroll (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of W-2, W-4 & 1099.
- Payroll Reconciliation, Audits & Reporting.
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing tool.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- US Voice Process experience preferred.
- BPO / HRO / Shared Services experience is an advantage.
