US Payroll Specialist

Hiring for a US Payroll Specialist with 1+ year of hands on US Payroll experience. Must have knowledge of payroll processing, timesheet management, and MS Excel. Comfortable with US shifts and 5 days WFO in Viman Nagar, Pune.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle new employee setup and onboarding in the payroll system.
- Collect, review, maintain, and consolidate employee timesheets.




- Process US payroll accurately as per the payroll calendar and deadlines.
- Generate and prepare payroll reports for management review.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely processing.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality while handling payroll information.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in US Payroll processing.
- Positive understanding of US Payroll functions and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be comfortable working in US time zones in a live working environment.

- Location: Office Address: 201-A, Second Floor, Beta 1, Giga Space IT Park, Off. Nagar Road, Viman Nagar, Pune 411014, Maharashtra.
- Work Mode: Work from Office.
- Shift: US Time Zone (7 PM - 4 AM IST).
