What You’ll Bring:

✅ 3–6 years of US IT Staffing / Recruitment experience

✅ Strong W2 Contract Staffing experience

✅ Expert sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter

✅ Strong Passive Sourcing & Headhunting skills

✅ Experience supporting Implementation Partners & System Integrators

✅ Exposure to enterprise accounts such as TCS, HCL, Cognizant/CTS, Wipro and similar organizations

✅ Strong understanding of US work authorization & visa classifications

✅ Excellent candidate screening, engagement & follow-up skills

✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced US Staffing environment
