- 1 to 4 years of experience in US recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms, including W2, C2C, 1099, and tax classifications.
- Experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Valuable understanding of US recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, and candidate submissions.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift (8 PM 4:30 AM IST).
