Roles and Responsibilities

• Work in a blended environment, handling customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain adherence to departmental productivity and quality benchmarks.

- Professionally manage correspondence with customers.

- Experience: Proven experience in International voice process, particularly in US Debt Collections.
