Role Summary

Responsible for UI testing and business analysis of web applications, translating business needs into testable requirements, and ensuring applications meet user and business expectations through collaboration with stakeholders.

What Youll Do

- Analyze requirements, user stories, and UI designs; define testable acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Create and execute test plans, scenarios, cases, business workflows, edge cases, and end-to-end user journeys
- Perform functional, smoke, integration, regression, and UI testing across browsers and devices
- Validate UI elements, navigation, permissions, error messages, and consistency with approved designs
- Use SQL queries and API tools to validate data and investigate issues across UI, service, and data layers
- Track defects, maintain requirements traceability, and communicate test progress and risks
- Support UAT and collaborate with product owners, business users, designers, and developers

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):




- Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering and relevant experience in UI Testing and Business Analysis
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, test design techniques, and Agile Scrum delivery
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow documentation, and test scenarios
- Hands-on experience testing web interfaces, including form validations, navigation, permissions, responsive layouts, and cross-browser behavior
- Experience reviewing prototypes/UI specs and validating implemented screens
- Proficiency in SQL for backend validation and practical experience with API testing using Postman, Bruno, or equivalent
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools for requirements tracking, test management, and defect reporting
- Experience supporting UAT and communicating with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities

Valuable to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Knowledge of Finance, Investments, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Construction, OCIO applications, asset management, trading/cash/new mandates workflows, Front office compliance, Risk Management, and Capital Markets Exposure
- Experience in browser developer tools, accessibility checks, or UI automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress

Qualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering and relevant experience in UI Testing and Business Analysis
