Job Summary

We are looking for an active and well-organized Transportation Coordinator to coordinate the placement and deployment of trailer drivers with logistics companies. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with logistics companies, arranging suitable trailer drivers based on their requirements, and assisting drivers throughout the internship enrolment process.

The role involves driver coordination, company communication, internship registration, documentation, and regular follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with logistics companies to understand their trailer driver requirements and vacancies.
- Identify and arrange suitable trailer drivers for logistics companies based on their requirements.
- Coordinate driver interviews, assessments, and selection procedures with logistics companies.
- Assist selected drivers in enrolling in the company's internship program.
- Explain internship program details, eligibility criteria, training procedures, and requirements to drivers.
- Collect and verify necessary documents from drivers for internship registration.
- Maintain proper records of driver details, internship enrolments, company allocations, and placement status.
- Regularly follow up with drivers regarding internship attendance, training progress, and completion.
- Act as a communication link between drivers, logistics companies, and the internal operations team.




- Resolve basic driver-related queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely assistance.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and other formalities related to driver deployment.
- Prepare regular reports on driver availability, internship enrolments, and placement progress.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with qualifications in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Administration will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and logistics companies.
- Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic computer operations.
- Ability to manage multiple drivers and coordinate activities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in transportation, logistics, recruitment, or manpower coordination will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Must be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Should be comfortable communicating with drivers and corporate clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of trailer drivers successfully coordinated with logistics companies.
- Number of drivers enrolled in the internship program.
- Timely completion of driver documentation and registration.
- Successful coordination of interviews and driver allocations.
- Regular follow-up and internship participation rates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
