Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Transition Project (9–12 Years) to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will lead end-to-end migrations of business functions, ensure operational readiness, manage cross-regional stakeholders, and execute robust transition governance frameworks without business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

· Transition Governance: Drive end-to-end lifecycle migration from initial scoping and KT to reverse shadowing, go-live, and hypercare.

· Operating Model Development: Design and validate Target Operating Models (TOM), process maps, and SLA baselines.

· Stakeholder Management: Build alignment across onshore business heads, local leadership, and delivery teams.

· Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change impact across matrixed global teams.

Candidate Profile

· Experience: 9–12 years in project and transition management within GCCs, shared services, or consulting firms.

· Core Skills: Knowledge Transfer governance, tollgate sign-offs, risk management, cross-regional communication.

· Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile certifications.
