Job Summary

Responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end organ transplantation activities, ensuring seamless patient and donor coordination, clinical process management and regulatory compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Coordinate kidney and liver transplant cases, including patient registration, evaluation and surgery scheduling.
2. Facilitate donor-recipient assessments, medical investigations, HLA typing and cross-matching.
3. Coordinate with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, ICU, OT and relevant government authorities.
4. Manage transplant documentation, statutory approvals, patient counselling and post-transplant follow-ups.

Required Skills
1. Hands-on experience in kidney/liver transplant coordination.
2. Knowledge of THOTA, NOTTO,



SOTTO and transplant documentation.
3. Solid clinical coordination, patient counselling and stakeholder management skills.
4. Excellent communication, documentation and MIS reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Experience in multi-speciality hospitals or dedicated transplant centres.
2. Exposure to living donor and deceased donor transplant cases.
3. Experience coordinating with transplant surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
4. Ability to independently manage end-to-end transplant coordination.
