Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead training initiatives for home cleaning professionals and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and behavioural training.
- Develop training content and SOPs.
- Improve service quality through training.
- Manage and guide trainers.
- Identify training gaps and monitor training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Training & Development.
- Experience in 5-star hotels, Facility Management or startups.
- Knowledge of housekeeping/cleaning operations.
- Experience in training frontline and blue-collar workforce.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Background: Hospitality, Housekeeping, Facility Management and Cleaning Services.
