Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Training Manager role based in Jaipur.

The Training

Manager will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for sales teams, branch staff, and other stakeholders to enhance product knowledge, compliance awareness, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating training curricula and materials, scheduling and facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and tracking training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with business leaders and HR to align training initiatives with organizational goals,



maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements, and continuously improving training content and methodologies.

The Training

Manager will play a key role in fostering a learning culture, supporting current hire onboarding, and ensuring consistency in training standards across the region.

Qualifications

- Ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs, including curriculum development, session planning, and learning outcome measurement.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in sales training, customer service training, or performance coaching, preferably within financial services or insurance.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and digital tools to create training materials, reports, and learning content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to improve team performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Education, Training, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications in training and development are an advantage.
- Knowledge of life insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and industry practices is highly beneficial.
