Hiring: RCM Trainer - AR (US Healthcare)
Location: Trichy
Experience: 3-7 Years
We are looking for an experienced RCM Trainer - AR with strong expertise in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable, Claim Follow-up, Denial Management, and Appeals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct recent hire and refresher training programs.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and assessments.
- Identify knowledge gaps and deliver performance improvement training.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to enhance process performance.
- Monitor trainee progress and training effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Minimum 1 year of training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AR processes and denial management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
